💰 Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Our indicator is a digital product. Once purchased and access is granted, it cannot be returned. All sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in cases of:

• Duplicate purchase.
• Technical issues on our end where access is not provided within 48 hours.
• Wrong product delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Indicator did not meet your expectations.
• Trading losses incurred.
• Mistaken purchase after access is delivered.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase to support@chartconnect.in. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
